First off, thanks to my wonderful kids for encouraging me to start my own blog. Matt and Raquel have helped me to get going. This means I have to take more pictures! Here we go!
The first post on my new blog is a bitter-sweet post! Alyssa is moving to Iowa tomorrow to attend the University of Iowa as she pursues her Masters in piano pedagogy (teaching). Alyssa will follow Dan in her car, both loaded to the gills. She is excited and a little apprehensive, but she has faith and knows that she has some great opportunities ahead of her. The U. of Iowa awarded her a full scholarship and a teaching position, so she is already on her way.
