Family Randomness. . .

As this post is entitled. . .randomness!

This picture of my piano looks tragic, but really is magic.  My piano tuner took all the innards out to voice and regulate this baby. (The keys, hammers, etc. . .just slid right out in one piece, who knew?) He took it to his shop and worked on it for a couple of days, then brought it back and put it together.  I fell in love with my piano again!  The sound and the touch are just like they were when I bought it. . .almost like it was resurrected to it's perfect state!   (Looking forward to getting my eyesight back someday)

Now this next couple of pictures are tragic!!  At least for me!  Show this to any of your children who complain about wearing their helmets while riding their bikes.  Yes, this is Dan the Man's helmet after his latest bike 'incident'.   That crack would have been his head!

Look quickly, because it is not a pretty sight.  There were many more on his lower legs, upper legs and arms that I did not post.  Thank goodness he had no breaks and no stitches needed.  (The fence and the tree he took out can't say the same)

Look at that face. . .just like a kid coming in from a bike crash.  Too bad I was the one crying, not him!   Grateful we had prayer just before he left and that he is OK.  Guardian angels working overtime!

Now to the happiest pictures ever!  I got to spend 4 days with my grand daughter Brooklyn while Mark and Kim were in Disneyworld with Wyatt and Jaxson.  What a happy, content child she is.  She will be a year old in November, she likes to play with toys and entertains herself very well.  She loves Elmo and she loves food.  She will eat ANYTHING!  And she sleeps all night long, sometimes 12 hours or more.  Here is the face I saw most of the time.  Lucky me!

TJ in his PJs!  We love it when he visits.  Such a happy little guy!

Rob and Schaefer came to visit on their move to Olympia, Washington!

Ashley, Tyler, Rob holding TJ,  and Schaefer--a nice reunion.

The above picture I borrowed from Raquels' blog. . . Miss Caroline and Mr. Harmon!  Can't wait to see them in a few months.

Here are some great pictures from Rob and Schaefers' wedding that I didn't have when I did their wedding post.  I am compelled to share!
